Hello blog! How's life? Whoaa I've been so productive in past weeks and barely even play games in weekends even though now is holiday, I don't know its the right or bad thing to do haha! Anyway, I'm surprised about this year's post because I've been productive updating this blog. Its rare, really. I'm not used to talk about something-not-so-important but lately I have some stories or review (or something-kind of-important-but-not-really).

Anyway, I want to review now because when I look at the photos.......I WANT TO GET BACK THEN.

Here we go,

Two Hands Full - Bandungall day breakfastAddress : Jalan Sukajadi No. 198 A, Pasteur, Sukajadi, Bandung Jawa Barat.

Okay, first impression, this is restaurant and cafe that served Brunch (Breakfast + Lunch), Western food and Coffee. Nothing impressive, huh? But we'll see.

First come in to the restaurant, the smell from the coffee machine makes me want to order their coffee, ASAP. You don't smell the coffees like that in other Coffee Shop, even Starbucks. I love the interior, a blend of woods and dominated in grey & brown. It's cozy. It really is. I wish I lived in Bandung so that I can do my task here.

Okay! So what we've ordered? Of course I'm a coffee person so I ordered Hot Cappucino (Coffee tastes great in hot water) and Owen ordered Long Mac. Then, we ordered Big Breeky and Smashed Avocado.

First, the drinks :
1. Hot Cappucino (IDR 29.000)

the price is standard, but not like other Cappucino, it served in a glass not cup. Anyway It's tasty and I love the Cappucino in here. Not too much milk, but It just enough milk which is I like it.

2. Long Mac (IDR 35.000)

Actually, It's a different version of Hot Cappucino only with two shots of espresso and I surprised that it served in cup while tha Cappucino in glass hahaha! (Yeah, it matters)

I REALLY LOVE THIS COFFEE MORE THAN THE HOT CAPPUCINO

It's strong, but the espresso is not too concentrated even though It's two shots maybe because there's milk in there. This is my new benchmark of the best Coffee ever.

I always looked a coffee like this in other coffee shop but there are none unless you ordered Hot Cappucino with extra shots hahaha. I really recommend this for the coffee person.

Now the food : surprisingly, the portion is huge even though there are only two menu, but enough for five person lol. Even me, I don't think I can finish that alone, but for the Smashed Avocado I would like to eat that alone :") and you see that in the photo  below, below the Big Breeky (on the right) there is a brown sugar. Even the brown sugar is tasty. My friend whom not a Coffee person, she ate that along with the coffee 1 teaspoon everytime she drink!

1. Big Breeky (IDR 55.000)

Well, there are sausages, eggs, mushrooms, some kind vegetables-which-i-dont-know-what-that-is and.......bacon which is I don't eat bacon and pork so I ordered so that the bacon was separate.

But my friends who eat that said the bacon is really delicious. Even that's the tasties bacon they've tried in their life (Its true!). They want to go back to Two hands full just for the bacon hahaha!

 I love the eggs, Its so soft. Yummy. It tastes great but I kinda confused when I eat that. Maybe it really should have be "Two Hands Full" so that you eat that like a sandwhich so that you can taste all the ingredients in one bite. But I love it anyway.

2. Smashed Avocado (IDR 50.000)

OMG THIS IS MY FAVORITE MENU. Okay, maybe you'll confused by the name. But actually It was a bread with smoked salmon and avocado along with the lime, beetroot, and poached eggs.
You know what I love in this menu?

 I LOVE EVERYTHING

Even I'm not a big fan of beetroot and  avocadobut I ate it anyway because they're all tasty when you eat that all at once. I really LOVE the poached egg, really really really.

BUT THE SMOKED SALMON NAILED IT! 

I really wanna go back there to eat that smoked salmon again!

So, overall maybe we know why this place's called two hands full because when you eat sandwhich, you eat with both hands, right? Really worth it spend you brunch here along with your friends or alone just doing task maybe. This place's really cozy. Unfortunately the place's kinda small for a cafe.

Hello fellas! How's life? Well, ini sebenarnya kayak behind the scenes semua review yang gue tulis HAHAHA. Here we go :

So, right before we went to Bandung, we decided to sleepover at Retta's so that we can went to Bandung in the next morning at 5.30 AM. Yeah, semua karena Mickey dan Owen sopir super kita hebat sekali nyetir pagi-pagi sedangkan yang cewek-cewek pada pules tidur. Pas berangkat sih Mickey duluan yang nyetir.

First incident, we went to KFC di Rest Area. Then, Owen decided to drove until we reach to Bandung and Mickey fell asleep. Everything is alright until
      Owen : Gue kok nyium bau busuk ya
      Retta : "Wah ini pasti miki neh tidur sambil ngentut, dia kan gitu"
      Semobil : "Kampret bau!"
      Owen : "Richard jadi kebauan!"
Yes, Owen named his car Richardo Richard and you must see Mickey when he fell asleep sambil kentut gitu dengan wajah tak berdosa membaui kita semua di pagi yang indah. Bagus Mik.

Another incident, when we have reach Bandung. Kita mau ke lembang (tepatnya Dusun Bambu) dan pake GPS Retta. Pas di jalan..
     Owen : "Lha kok jalannya jadi kecil gini ya, bener ga sih?"
     Retta : "Beneran kok, nih langsung Dusun Bambu"
     ............(2 jam kemudian)
     Owen : "Weh ini sepi banget mana jalannya kecil gini"
     Retta : "Bukan salah gue, ini salah GPS gue. BUKAN SALAH GUE, INI SALAH GPS GUE"
Dan yak, memang ga nyalahin Retta, tapi secara tak tersirat itu nyalahin sebenernya pas itu lol. Sampai kita bisa nyasar ke jalan-jalan kampus nan kecil begitu, yang penting sampe :")

Next, pas nyari makan malem setelah dari hotel. Kita semua bingung mau makan yang murah dan kenyang dimana trus Retta bilang "makan mie kocok lah yuk di deket rel kereta api sebelah kartika sari". Jadilah kita pake GPS tracking ke kartika sari, tapi sejam jalan.......engga ketemu-ketemu. Itu PHP pertama.

So, she said "Yaudahlah ke jalan sumatra aja disana banyak makanan kok". Pas jalan menuju jalan sumatra, akhirnya ketemu tuh mie kocok yang dicari sampe muter-muter :") dan another incident pas nyampe jalan sumatra
     Mickey : "Jadi disini mau makan apa?"
     Semobil : "ng......................"
itu kanan kiri kosong gaes ga ada banyak tempat makan yang dibilang Retta. But then kita akhirnya tau tempat makan di jalan sumatra dimananya pas udah mau balik Jakarta :") Okay itu php kedua.

Akhirnya gue "ke dipatiukur aja, makan Steak murah lah" then we went to Dipatiukur dan setelah sampe..............Steak Ranjang nya tutup. Fak. Retta said "YEAYY BUKAN GUE DOANG YANG PHP HAHAHAHA" Akhirnya pilihan jatuh ke Mie Merapi dan Nasi Goreng Mafia deh.

Last, we stayed at Fave Hotel Braga. Jadi disana banyak tempat-tempat makan lucu gitu. Tapi pas malemnya omg.

So, kita baru selesai beli Martabak Nikmat Andir, karena sebagian dah celeng karna ngantuk gue yang emang peratiin jalan ngeliat penampakan aneh.

Hmm? Itu ada cewek di tengah jalan ngapain?

Yap, kita semobil pada norak karna ngeliat BITCH live gitu dan terbuka banget, Bandung keras men.

Belum lagi pas di Braga, pas lagi jalan ke indomart ada orang ngomong dengan santainya "Disini ada cewek gak?". Gue sama temen-temen gue langsung pasang muka "what the hell?". Jadi Braga tempatnya begini. Pantesan gue liat banyak tempat karaoke disana dan ga nyangka kalo itu adalah tempat karaoke plus-plus

Okay, last meal of the day! Martabak!

I'm not a fans of sweets so I don't really excited when it comes to this. But, I tried it anyway.

Well, actually....I FORGOT WHAT WE'VE HAD ORDERED HAHAHAHA (But it really looks like the martbak on the left), You know, that was late when we ordered Martabak jadi semuanya udah celeng dan ga ngeh apa-apa

Yang pasti, we ordered a Pandan Martabak (Because it's color was green) with a sweet corn and cheese (IDR 85.000/portion), really expensive huh? BUT IT'S REALLY WORTH IT

I MEAN IT

IT IS REALLY WORTH IT

It really soft, not too sweets (which is I like it most), a bit crunchy and LOTS OF CHEESE.

Memang, ada harga ada mutu.

Well, karna kita malem-malem udah kelaperan, salah jalan, diphp-in Retta, so this is what I brought them to have a dinner. Awalnya cuma asal pilih tempat makan di dipatiukur dan berakhir disini.

Makanan yang kita pesan cuma 3 :

- Mie Iga Merapi with Merapi Sauce (IDR 21.000/bowl), Kuah merapi nya menurut gue spicy, a little sour, sweet, that taste like tom yum but it's more spicy. So, mie yang ada didalem bowl (ada tauge, telur rebus, sayuran) ditaro di bowl sendiri dan Iga nya di bowl lainnya. Rasa Iga nya mirip sama rasa kuahnya cuma bedanya ini versi creamy nya, yang ga nyangka sih Iga nya empuk banget!

- Mie Katsu with Kampung Sauce (IDR 18.000/bowl), Kuah kampung itu menurut gue kayak kuah sop biasa and nothing special but I really like this more than Merapi sauce. Mungkin karna gue engga gitu suka sama yang rasanya pedes asem gimana gitu ya..

- Mie Chicken Bulgogi with Kari Sauce (IDR 18.000/bowl), Kuah kari nya menurut gue mirip banget sama rasa Indomie kuah rasa Kari Ayam HAHAHA! But it really good though, it served with tauge, telor rebus, dan sayuran juga cuma rasa bulgogi ayamnya gue ga sempet rasain :"3

Dari semuanya, yang gue suka adalah mie nya! It really chewy and i love it but kalo gue tau ada toge nya, gue mendingan milih ga pake toge :") karna capek misah2in dari mie nya hiks.

NASI GORENG MAFIA

Yah, karena kita tipe-tipe orang ngirit. Kita pesen cuma 2 soalnya udah keburu kenyang sama mie merapi dan habis ini rencananya masih mau jajan HAHAHA. We choose random so here's what we've got :

- God Father (IDR 19.500/portion) : In the description "Sweet fried rice from a high quality soy sauce". Buat yang ini rasa ENAAKKKKK BANGET! Walaupun makanan udah dingin karena dimakan besok paginya, rasanya tetep manis dan Yummy. Really a recommended! XOXO

- Gangster (IDR 15.000/portion) : In the description "fried rice with a secret spice". We thought that it will taste like a normal fried rice but........IT REALLY SPICY THO. Cuma makan 1-2 sendok aja udah bikin kepedasan, but still love this kind of fried rice!

Okay, ini tempat wisata baru yang ada di jalan antara Lembang-Bandung. So, here's the fact (Mickey sih yang ngasi tau), jadi pemilik Farmhouse, Floating Market, Rumah Sosis, De Ranch adalah 1 orang yang sama woohoo. Gila kan, tempat wisata di bisnis-in? Ini bisa jadi salah satu alternatif kita bagi yang mau punya bisnis baru.
So, in this place we can only play with the rabbits, goats, birds, or something that looks like squirrel. Mungkin karna baru dibuka (Open on 8 November 2015) jadi yang bisa dilakuin disana masih dikit.

BUT

Milk in here is really delicious! You can have it by pay IDR 20.000/glass, a little expensive but it's worth it. Menurut gue, rasanya mirip susu nasional tapi lebih segar dan less sweet yang bikin rasa susunya kayak campuran susu nasional sama bear brand.

The sausage here is really yummy though, it's like brastwurst with cheese in it :9 just IDR 20.000/each

And then, there's a restaurant here called Asboc or something like that. It placed inside Farmhouse though. We order all the pasta HAHAHA!
First, Spaghetti Carbonara (IDR 45.000/portion). It served with smoked beef, parmesan cheese, and a slice of garlic bread. Well, I really like this one if you compare with another pasta here. It really tasty but not tasty enough kalo dibandingin sama carbonara versi gue :"3

Second, Spaghetti Bolognaise (IDR 50.000/portion). It served with choped beef, parmesan cheese, and a slice of garlic bread. It still okay for me, but the taste is just Meh.

Third, Spaghetti Aglio e Olio (IDR 45.000/portion). I really dissapoint of this from all of three pasta. It served with a slice of garlic bread and smoked beef. It really oily and the taste engga "nendang" it's like it really need to seasoned more. But the smell is really good actually, I really not recommend this.

PASAR TAHU SUSU

Because meal at Dusun Bambu was really expensive for us, then we went to Pasar Tahu Susu.
Sayangnya gue ga foto makanannya, tapi pada tau lah ya bentuknya kayak gimana
First, Tahu susu. Nothing special. It was just like another Tofu but softer than regular Tofu.
Second, Tahu Gejrot. Sayangnya rasanya pedes banget, banget, banget sampai gue engga bisa makan tahu nya.
Third, Es Cendol. This is another Meh. Menurut Owen cendolnya engga enak.

Hello blog! How's Life?
So, I just finished my final exam (yeah, we've a different orbit in UPH -said Inka). When I study with my UPH friends, I told them that I won't go anywhere for holiday (sedih banget ga sih?) and then they invited me to go on a trip in Bandung! Yeay! Memang kita rencananya mau wisata kuliner-an di Bandung

and I surprise

We went to 19 restaurant/cafe/jajanan for 3 days in Bandung. How about money? Jadi kita bikin kesepakatan buat naro deposit Rp 500.000,- ke gue (Yes, gue bendaharanya) dan itu dijadiin satu biar yang bayar jajan2 cukup gue aja biar engga ribet2.

Well, We don't actually eat here but we just take a photo and enjoy the view. We went to a restaurant with a concepts like a bird nest, it's really unique I think, but the meal over there is really expensive T_T so we don't try that, we just took a photo like this :

Oh, Mickey, Owen, and Maria were playing sniper. Even though I don't try it, but well I just took a photo with the snipe in my hand HAHAHAHA GAYA NOMOR SATU DONG CUY.

 

Unfortunately, we went to there when it was weekdays, there weren't any performers in the stage, well karna ga ada performersnya, jadi kita pake buat foto-foto deh :3

Overall, kita puas banget main-main disini and here's the price :
Entrance : IDR 15.000/each person (with free mineral water that you can exchange it when you exit)
Sniper : IDR 30.000/30 shots
